Q: Should I buy or register Echo Password Manager?

A: You should report it. Visit the Support Center to do so.
Q: Echo Password Manager is not asking me to save user name and password information for any site that I visit,
what's wrong?
A: First go to your program's install folder (i.e.. C:\Program Files\Echo Password Manager\) and make sure there is a file there called
'ValidKeys.pwm' and that it is not corrupt. If it is corrupt or is not there then you can re-download it at the Support Center.
If Echo Password Manager still does not save your information use the 'Fast Fill Assistant' included with the program.
Q: Are there any bugs that you already know about?
A: The only known problem with Echo Password Manager, and this is not really a bug, is that it doesn't support web sites that use
frames, unless the login information is in the main frame of the web page.
Q: I want to export my saved password list to a MS Excel document but I do not have the latest version of Excel, can I still do this?
A: Don't worry. Echo Password Manager exports to a MS Excel 2.0 document, so if you have anything newer than that you'll be fine.
Q: I saved my password list to an Encrypted Password List (.epl) and I forgot my password to import it.
A: You must be able to remember that password, it is the same as your profile password. If you forget it there is no way to recover it.
Q: When I upgrade to a new version of Echo Password Manager, will my saved password list(s) be lost?
A: No. The new version of Echo Password Manager will not erase of modify your saved passwords.
